Vlieger & Van Dam bags

The Dutch designers noticed that people’s perceptions and the fear of violence grew to be greater than the number of crimes actually committed. As a response they wanted to give people the impression of feeling secure, ‘arming’ them with a Guarding Angel handbag.

The Not a Laptop bag is an attache bag disguised as a grocery bag.
It shows a 3D sculpture of a grocery bag: vegetables, a bottle of liquor and a carton of milk.

handbag = weapon ?

I changed my idea again.
I hope it will be the last time saying this.

Women's handbags are sometimes used as a weapon to hit people in a 'fearful' situation.
(fearful situation - thief, murderer, pedophile and etc)
When I make a bag I will be focusing on to the weapon function rather than a beautiful appearance of a bag.

Questions for myself :
- one effective weapon function?
- will the it be heavy? or light?
- survey on what the females put in their bag
- bag strap length?
- bag material? (heavier/harder material will harm more)

I changed my idea within the theme of disguise

at first, i was going to focus on to the material but

however, i thought my final piece wouldn't be as meaningful as it should be.

So i came up with another idea of using the ICONIC type of object and
